Internal reporting channel

The internal reporting system may be used to report the following:

a) Breaches of European Union law falling within the scope of the EU acts listed in the Annex to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, particularly where they affect the financial interests of the European Union or relate to the internal market.

b) Within the Spanish legal framework, criminal offences, serious and very serious administrative infringements, and breaches of labour law relating to occupational health and safety.

c) Breaches of the internal code of conduct or any other duly approved policy of the entity.
